The Scottish international went through some series of injuries last campaign and underwent knee surgery last April with Arteta hoping to have his man back before Pre-season returns.
However, things didn’t worked as planned for the Gunners as the key star was left out of the team Pre-season games.
Arsenal fans on Twitter looks very excited as the left-back was captured in full training with the team.
Kieran Tierney is expected to face competition in his position following Oleksandr Zinchenko’s signing from Manchester City, both player will need to fight for a spot in Arteta squad.
With Tierney having only returned to full fitness just a week before the new Premier League season begin, new signing Zinchenko remain Arteta Favourite to start in the Gunners Premier League season opener against Crystal Palace.
