Southampton have slapped a £40m price tag on Kyle Walker-Peters, with many PL teams keen on signing the right-back as Arsenal remain keen on signing him.

Tottenham have also been in the equation, as they have a buyback clause inserted in their deal with the Saints.

Kyle took his chance and joined the Saints permanently in 2020 to improve his chances of regular first-team football.

The move has paid off for England international, who has played 62 games for Southampton in the last two years.

However, amid growing interest from big teams in the right-back, Walker-Peters has a decision on his hand during the summer transfer window.

Arsenal and Man United are among his chief suitors, with other teams, including Everton and ex-club Tottenham, also keen on signing the 25-year-old defender.

Tottenham reportedly have a £30m buyback clause in their deal with the Saints, which could allow the Spurs to cut the market short if they decide to re-sign the English right-back.

However, if Man United or Arsenal are keen, he might consider leaving the Saints in this campaign’s transfer window of the summer.

Arsenal have their right-back spot sorted, but at Man United, there could be a vacancy if the Red Devils manage to offload Wan-Bissaka.

The Saints could be open to a sale at £40m, considering they were targeting right back Neco Williams of Liverpool.

Wales international eventually joined Nottingham Forest, which could change the outcome of Kyle Walker-Peters’s future decision.
